Description

Stuck in Hong Kong after a funeral, Michael is given the diary of his father, who died in London during his turbulent youth. He spends a week at the historical Tao O Heritage Hotel combining his and his father's diaries, not knowing how much the area's significance connects to his horrible childhood. The sixty-year-old must now confront his buried fears in a thriller that jumps from present-day Hong Kong, the Hong Kong of the sixties and the Hong Kong of post-World War II.
