Thirty Objects, Thirty Insights reflects upon the celebrated collection at the internationally renowned Gardiner Museum, Toronto, which has grown to become one of the world's great speciality museums in its devotion to the ceramic arts. Rachel Gotlieb is the Interim Executive Director of the Gardiner Museum, Toronto and has an M.A. in Design History from London's Royal College of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum. She has taught at the Ontario College of Art and served on the Toronto Public Art Commission.
