She is an art historian (at the UCL) and is an architecture enthusiast. She has worked for a long time at the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Bruxelles-Capitale, before she became curator of the museums of Brussels City, from 2015 to 2018. She has signed a lot of publications about her town.Jean-Jacques & Brigitte Evrard-Lauwereins have lived in Brussels for over 50 years.
